As 2014 comes to a close, all anyone's thinking is what kind of statement they'll be making come December 31st. This time of year, girls flock to all kinds of stores looking for that perfect garment to make a lasting impression on New Years Eve, so I've compiled a list of all the dresses you can find locally in order to make the search a little easier for you.

Zara:

Zara usually comes to mind first when it comes to fabulous dresses on the cheaper side of the spectrum, so it was really disappointing when the majority of the dresses on display at Zara not only underwhelmed, but left me feeling bored and uninspired. That's why I've included a handful of dresses from Zara. Their shoes, as always, are impeccable, though.
